ACCOMMODATION
We have arranged for a limited number of rooms at the Richmond Westin Wall Centre (Symposium hotel). Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis.

TRANSPORTATION
Skytrain: The Aberdeen Station or Bridgeport Station are both about a 15 minute walk from the Symposium hotel. There is also additional parking at the Bridgeport Skytrain Station.
Parking: Paid parking at the Symposium venue is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Daily hotel parking is $15/day, or half that rate for those carpooling (parking attendants will be on site or at the front desk). Downloading the Pay-by-Phone app will be helpful in expediting parking payment. Lot number is: 3858. There is limited free parking around the hotel.
