Focus: Both in our own setting and getting out of our own settings, what do we see in innovative learning environments that is making a difference for students’ learning.
Focus: Increase student enjoyment of fruits and vegetables through continued involvement with the BC School Fruit & Vegetable Program and grow indoor herb and micro-greens via the use of Sun Blaster lights.
Focus: We created a Buddy System between Elementary and Middle School students, to build social connection and motivation for learning.
Focus: To increase student engagement in existing online learning opportunities (specifically English 10-12) through the development of a gamified framework.
Focus: To create a thinking classroom using strategies inspired by Peter Liljedal.
Focus: On the First Peoples Principles of Learning: Learning is holistic, reflective, experiential, and relational (focused on connectedness, on reciprocal relationships, and a sense of place).
Focus: To see if by increasing awareness and skill development of Physical Literacy throughout our District, would it increase all students’ physical activity levels?
